Right in the middle of it, instead of just being there: The gallery apartment Granat 2 for 4 persons in the FerienResidenz MeerBlickD21 at Jann-Berghaus-Str. 11 on Norderney is located in the middle of Norderney’s city center in the west of the East Frisian island. From two single box spring beds and sofa bed in your light-flooded holiday flat you start the day. A modern kitchen, bathroom with shower, highspeed internet, LED flatscreen are part of the basic equipment. Bed linen, towels, water and coffee are of course part of the basic equipment on arrival.

Room prices are stated in Euros and include the applicable VAT per night for 2 persons. An additional charge will be applied for extra guests.
In our accommodations, dogs are warmly welcomed. However, we kindly ask you to register your four-legged companion at the time of booking. For dogs with a shoulder height of up to 30 cm, we charge a fee of 20 Euros per day. For larger dogs, whose shoulder height exceeds 30 cm, the fee is 30 Euros per day.
As a special token of appreciation, guests who generate a turnover of at least 1000.00 Euros will receive a welcome gift. We also welcome external guests for breakfast, but please request prior registration.
Upon arrival at our holiday apartments, a security deposit of 300 Euros in cash is required. This deposit will be promptly refunded to you at your departure, following a final inspection of the accommodation.
